Looking out, the Sun is shining softly and there is feel of spring in the air. Our adorable Bunny Rabbits are jumping in the air and Daffodils just about to bloom the fields.

This is time for us too to spring ourselves after hibernating for months and layering ourselves with hat, gloves and jumpers, and tights.. Your skin by now is dry and its time to let the freshness of the cool spring breeze feel get through you.

A few hints to pamper yourselves with readily available home remedies.

Starting with your hair after being exposed to central heating  a good rub of oil e.g coconut oil or jojoba oil for 30min will nourish the scalp and ruffle dead skin. Just before washing your hair give a good scalp massage with your finger tips pressing hard, head massage is one of the nicest and most relaxing sensations and ideal for easing tension.

Time to exfoliate your skin, one of the most basic and effective exfoliant  is chick pea or gram  flour widely used tradionally amongst Asians brides. Mix the flour with water to make a paste add a pinch of turmeric and rub all over your body wash it away in a shower and notice the difference!

Feet get the most battering, your skin and cuticles will hardened and with wearing socks and shoes all the time.  A good soak in warm water with Epsom salt will soften the skin with a drop of lavender oil will help to ease tension and fatigue. Use a pumice stone to remove hard skin from the heel and run a cotton wool stick around the cuticles, then revive them with a cold water dip before drying. Massage them with a cream.

Try these simple home remedies for silky-soft skin that's ready for spring - and don't forget to defuzz with our super sexy sugaring products.
